One-stop manufacturing

Cut, sanded, lacquered and packed under one roof

Carving

CNC routers cut profiles and engraving from your drawing, then edges are cleaned by hand before the part moves on.

Sanding

Progressive sanding removes tool marks. Every face is checked by hand so grain and edges stay consistent across the batch.

Lacquering

Stain, oil or lacquer is applied in the spray area, with drying time built into the production schedule before assembly.

Packing

A final QC check, then retail cartons, gift boxes or export packing — labelled and loaded from the factory gate.

About SD Strong

Nineteen years of one trade

We started as a woodworking workshop and grew into a 2,000 m² factory in Chengyang, Qingdao. Today, hundreds of people and twelve production lines work on customer drawings rather than a fixed catalogue.
